8th-Grade Philadelphia Class Trip Reminder: Student forms, including the Emergency Medical Form, Cell Phone Registration, Group Selection, and Medication Form, are due this Friday, April 19th. Students taking any medication will need a prescriber's signature; this applies to both prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.

Students received their forms before Spring Break. If new copies are needed, they can be found on the FMS webpage under 'FMS Field Trip, 8th-Grade.' Please use this link to access them: https://www.firelandsschools.org/8thGradeFieldTrip.aspx
