Communities that Care Young Adult Alcohol Survey
The Communities that Care are offering FHS Juniors and Seniors to take a short, 5 minute on-line survey about their opinions when it comes to young adults and alcohol. This survey is completely anonymous and will allow the Lorain County agency to share county data with schools, so we can better determine how our students feel about alcohol use among their peers.
This survey will be offered over the next two weeks in English class. This data is important to us, but if you do not want your student to partake in the survey, please print out the attached form and return to your student's English teacher. Thank you in advance for your assistance in obtaining vital data so we can help our students make safe and healthy choices.
