Visitors will undergo safety and security procedures. District wide, a  check-in policy will be enacted for any visitor upon entering the buildings. The system, Raptor, will scan Ohio Drivers licenses, or State of Ohio Identification cards, and then cross reference visitors with the national data base to identify sexual offenders. Raptor will only scan the visitor’s name, date of birth, and photo for comparison with the data base. Once entry is approved, our system will issue a badge that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of his/her visit. At the conclusion of the visit, the badge must be returned to the main office and the visitor will be checked out of the building. Please allow for additional time when visiting the buildings, as this check-in procedure will take a few minutes to complete.
