However, if you are moving out of district, do not use the Change of Address Form. You must be approved for open enrollment after completing the Moving out of District Open Enrollment application. The application must be approved by the Superintendent. You also need to make the address change in Final Forms.
If a family moves out of district and fails to apply for open enrollment, the students must be withdrawn from Firelands and enroll in their new school district within 10 days of notification from the superintendent.
